We love wrapping your purchases to gift to your loved one. Most products in the shop have an option for choosing whether or not to gift wrap it. And there is a set of questions to answer at check out as well. Our gift wrapping service is free!

We deliver throughout New Zealand and Australia.
At this time we are not able to deliver to beyond Australia with tracked post, parcel and courier options. Bear in mind that the shipping rates from New Zealand are more costly than from other, more central, parts of the world.

Standard letter post (which is significantly cheaper) is not available from New Zealand to any destination overseas because NZ Post insists that letters must contain paper based written or printed documents only.

We use a variety of courier companies to provide as much flexibility as possible during busy times of the year, and/or during local and national emergencies.
If you require a specific company to deliver to you, e.g. you live on a small island in the Hauraki Gulf and only NZ Post delivers there, please leave a note on your order when checking out.

Usually we can pick, pack and dispatch an order in 1-2 working days.
Processing times may be extended when it is a very large order, or if a product is made to order or is a custom item. If there is likely to be an abnormal delay, we will contact you with an update.

Orders dispatched for delivery within New Zealand are usually delivered in 2-5 working days. This may be extended out to 10 working days or more if there is a local or national emergency e.g. weather emergencies or similar situations like COVID-19.
Shipping time within Australia is usually 5-10 working days. This may be extended out to 15 working days or more if there is a local or national emergency e.g. weather emergencies or similar situations like COVID-19.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact Camille via the Contact Us page, or add a note to your order. We will dispatch your order as fast as we can to try to achieve your specified date. However, we cannot control how quickly the courier delivers to your area.

Yes! For delivery within New Zealand just spend $60 or more to unlock free shipping. For delivery within Australia just spend $80 or more to achieve free shipping. No coupon codes necessary as this is calculated at checkout automatically.
Occasionally you may also receive a coupon code from me, for free delivery or a reduced delivery fee. You can enter the coupon code during checkout to achieve free delivery or a reduced delivery fee.
Note: You cannot use free delivery/reduced delivery coupon for items purchased via Trade Me.

Yes. All orders dispatched for delivery via a courier will have a tracking number. You will find this on your Dispatch confirmation.

Most coupon codes issued can be used once by each customer. If you have used a coupon before, you may not be able to use it again.
From time to time, the website provider may inactivate coupons if they have not been used after a period of time. We can fix this quickly and easily.
If you believe your coupon code should work, please let Camille know via the Contact Us page. Please be specific about which coupon code it is and if you're receiving an error message.

Yes:
If your parcel arrives broken and unusable, a refund or a replacement will be made.
If a couriered or tracked purchase has been lost in by the delivering company, or the tracking states that the parcel has been delivered but not arrived, we will assist you with your support ticket with the courier company by lodging a ticket, or supplying all the information you need to submit a ticket. If the delivering company has investigated and cannot provide sufficient evidence that delivery was made, then a refund will be offered.
If you have had a change of heart, store credit will be offered once the purchased item has been returned at your cost, and in the same condition as you originally received it.
